Event Policies
StylishDate.com events are curated, invitation-only experiences designed to bring together discerning, like-minded individuals in elegant, exclusive settings worldwide. This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and atmosphere of our events reflect the brand's premium standards.
Access All StylishDate.com events are strictly by invitation only. Invitations are extended to members and specially vetted guests at the sole discretion of our events team. RSVPs are mandatory and non-transferable. Identity verification will be required upon entry. Individuals who arrive without prior vetting will be denied entry.
To maintain an exclusive and secure environment, all prospective attendees undergo a comprehensive vetting process. This includes: Verification of identity and online profiles. StylishDate.com reserves the right to rescind an invitation if a guest fails to meet vetting criteria, at any time prior to the event.
All attendees are expected to embody grace, respect, and consideration throughout the event. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal and permanent exclusion from future events.
Prohibited behaviours include: Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind.
Excessive intoxication or disruptive conduct.
Unsolicited filming, photography, or live broadcasting without consent.
Use of the event for solicitation or commercial promotion.
StylishDate.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any breach of conduct.
Dress Code & Etiquette Each event will include a specified dress code (e.g., cocktail, black tie, creative formal), which all attendees are expected to follow. Guests should also observe standard etiquette around introductions, personal space, and respectful conversation.
Events are private, social spaces. Attendees are expected to respect the privacy of others. Do not share photos, names, or personal information from events without consent. Media or influencer activity must be approved in writing by StylishDate.com prior to the event.

Return Policies
At Stylish.com we are committed to offering a premium, discreet, and personalized matchmaking experience.
We understand that discretion, value, and trust are paramount. Our refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of our services while maintaining fairness and transparency.
1. General Policy - Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of our services, all purchases are non-refundable once services have commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, consultations, profile curation, matchmaking introductions, and event invitations.
2. Eligibility for Refunds (Before Service Commencement) - Clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:A written cancellation request is received within 48 hours of purchase.No part of the service (e.g. onboarding interview, profiling, matchmaking work) has begun. Refunds issued in this window will incur a 10% administrative fee to cover processing and resource allocation.
3. Exceptional Circumstances - Partial refunds or service credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
Documented medical issues.
Relocation to a region where service is unavailable.
All exceptional refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue arising.
4. Membership Freezes - Clients may request a membership freeze (pause in service) for up to 3 months, subject to approval. This does not qualify as a refund but offers flexibility in unforeseen life events.
5. Disqualification - Due to misconduct, clients who breach our code of conduct, including falsifying personal information, harassment, or other violations, will be disqualified without refund.
6. Processing Time - Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original method of payment.
